The peak months of the tourist season are July and August, so c onsider visiting in May, June or Sept ember if you can. Spring flowers are at their best in April and May and October offers many arts festivals. In the mountains, snow is not unc ommon. Summers in Ireland are not e xtreme with June and July being the warmest and sunniest months.
