During October to April, it is cold and there is very little rainfall. January – March, it is still cold but there is some light rain. From May – September, it is hot with heavy rains and storms. The average temperature in winter ranges from 8°c – 17°c. The average temperature in summer ranges from 29°c – 3 9°c. Recommended time travel is October – April.
